Flowers for Algernon is a book about a dummy becoming super smart and then getting depressed and then becoming a dummy again and nobody believes him when he is a dummy and before becoming smart people treated him like shit and he had no idea at the time but the penny drops slowly its kino

Don't read no translated from turkish bullshit that was already shit in it's original language anyways. As a general rule never real translations, but especially nothing turkish.

If you're asking this you're not looking for anything too off the beaten track so I'd rec reading Faulkner, McCarthy,Delillo or Nabokov, all popular masters of the american english language/literature. You can also read Beckett if you're dummyed fun like that and still remain in the classics territory.
